After struggling for some time to find the right care and support for our family member, we were blessed to finally find Tara! Of course, we met Tara at a pivotal moment in our family’s life. I could go on at length about how important her contribution was to our well-being, but just know—it was exactly what we needed, exactly when we needed it.

What stood out most was Tara’s ability to be both authentic and empathetic while still giving us clear, direct facts at a time when there was no room for misunderstanding.

Another key strength was her relationship with the facilities. Not in a surface-level, friendly way—but as an insider. She was able to give me, as an outsider, a real-world understanding of how things actually work behind the scenes. That perspective was invaluable.

Her communication was exceptional. Every call was answered, every text received a reply, and every email was returned promptly. Rare.

One of the most impressive details was her note-taking. She kept handwritten notes on every meaningful aspect of each facility we visited and could quickly recall specific details from any tour. I love that she was not talking into a phone.  She was writing it down so she would have a real tangible real time report.

I didn’t know a placement service like this existed—but I’m incredibly grateful we found Tara. She also connected me with other resources that have helped our family, without any benefit to herself. Her guidance was always about what was best for us—not just making a placement.

I trust her and we will never forget the time and care she gave our family.

Tara was vital to our troubles. We had several bad experiences and didn’t know where to turn or who to believe. Tara invested in us , took lots of time to get to know our needs and worries. I spoke with Tara and Assisted Living Locators after a recommendation from my neighbor who works for The Key. Tara asked me several qualifiers about my dad's condition, abilities, budgetary price range, and his current situation (currently in PT rehab after a surgery) and ultimately directed me to two ALF's close to my house. After speaking to them I made a decision based on location, and have been extremely happy with that decision. Without her help I would have spent a lot more time second-guessing my decision.
